Molding Box has the ability to produce top quality CD/DVD media in a flash. We understand that there may be unforeseen sales spikes and events that can deplete inventory levels, but rest assured that our in-house production team can handle these unexpected deadlines.
For smaller orders of 25 to 500 discs, we manufacture the discs using our state-of-the art duplication equipment. All duplicated discs utilize our Thermal Print Technology which produces a vibrant, full-color image on the face of your disc. Thermal face printing fuses the color directly onto a disc and is waterproof, scratch resistant, and far superior to ink jet labels. Your disc data is burned onto the disc with the exact content you provide to guarantee the accuracy of the finished product.
Larger production runs (over 500 qty) require our replication services in order to produce them efficiently and cost effectively. The disc data is stamped into the plastic disc with a metal die and then the face is printed with an offset press. The production process is slightly longer then duplication, but the cost savings are quite considerable if you can afford the wait. The quality and readability of the discs are guaranteed to amaze the end user.
Seminar and Coaching: Combine your disc(s) with the corresponding printed materials in a custom binder or box that reflects the proper image of your product and/or company.
